At 17, I was overweight, insecure, and stuck. I tried quick fixes, crash diets, and workouts that never lasted. Nothing worked—until I built a simple system focused on small, sustainable habits.
After losing 75 pounds, gaining strength, and rebuilding my confidence, I knew I had to help others do the same. I became a coach, and after thousands of hours working with real people, I created The Stronger You Blueprint to help you skip the trial and error.
